6. Track payments in Invoices & Payments

Tips

• Always check vaccination status before accepting a pet — filter Clients & Pets by Vaccinations Current = unchecked
• Note temperament and special needs on every pet profile — your staff needs this info
• Feeding instructions on boarding are critical — never board without them
